Riyadh – Mubasher: The board of SABIC Agri-Nutrients Company has appointed Abdulrahman bin Ahmed Shamsaddin as the company's new CEO, according to a bourse filing on Monday.

The decision, taken on 19 December, came as a recommendation of SABIC Agri-Nutrients’ Remuneration and Nominations Committee.

Shamsaddin will assume the role starting from 1 January 2022.

It is worth noting that Shamsaddin previously had held several leadership positions at the Saudi Basic Industries Corporation (SABIC).
